Spell speed is odd in that you want to AVOID it for everything but BLM. nothing wrong with it but it's unlikely that any amount of determination you can get is actually gonna change the way you heal (whereas if a heal CRITS, it might save you a whole other heal later.) so it's probably not worth downgrading from direct hit to determination, but nobody would blame you either. on your healers this downgrades to a strong maybe, heals can't directly hit (they CAN crit however) but this is your second best offensive stat.
